With multiple content channels and a need to provide breaking news to subscribers quickly, this app was designed to streamline access to articles and dispatches, and integrate with their existing membership platform. Android support coming soon!
In addition to building the mobile app and many underlying features also on their website, I also developed the workflow that automatically converts select articles to AI-generated audio versions with ElevenLabs.

I founded TapSite as a mobile-first website builder to help contractors, plumbers, electricians, students, and anyone else easily create and manage a website, so they can tell their professional story and find work. The site you are looking at right now was built with a smartphone.
This work combines mobile app development with a globally distributed hosting infrastructure, including a templating system and form builder.
Funded by the National Endowment for the Humanities, humanities.games is an in-development platform that enables learning through the act of game creation.
As Technology Director, I developed a system that converts photos of hand-drawn artwork in paper packets into digital game assets, and a templating system that swaps out "heroes" and "obstacles" so students can create their own game versions for their topic of study.
Built with WordPress, the CMSI site required creatively adapting brand colors from their new standards, and designing a user flow that both featured new content and initiatves and also preserved access to legacy resources that are crucial tools for filmmakers and others working with fair use materials.
